The Festival is held on the Bath Grounds, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 2GP on the 27th and 28th of May. 10:30am till 5pm both days. 


Entry is £2 for anyone over 12, 12 or under go free. Payment is made at the gate on the day and is cash or card.

How to get here

By Road – Ashby de la Zouch can be accessed by road via Jnc 13 of the A42, the A511 or the A512 using Flagstaff Island. You can use LE65 2GP in your satnav to get you to close to the festival site.

By Bus – There are various bus services that run from local towns and villages to Ashby. You can find more information here:


The site is accessible from the bottom South Street and Station Road. There is no public parking on the Bath Grounds.


Parking is available in the public car parks around Ashby – Note charges may apply.

Well-behaved dogs, on a lead, are allowed on site.


There are toilets, including a disabled toilet, on site that are in the back of the site which should be sign posted. 

First Aid

There are first aiders who will be actively walking the site, however if you require first aid report to a steward or to the front gate.

Challenge 25

Traders during the event will be enforcing a challenge 25 policy with any restricted goods such as alcohol.

ATM Access

There is no ATM on site, but there are free ATMs available on Market Street in Ashby. Most traders are taking card payments.
